The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Property information

The house has been refurbished in April 2022, with a brand new bathroom, kitchen, floors, carpets and decor. Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester and in Hoole, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine glasses! On the ground floor you will be greeted by a hallway leading into a spacious open plan living and dining room complete with a Smart TV, electric fire and Bluetooth speaker. The living area leads into a modern kitchen, complete with Nespresso Machine. Also on the ground floor is a modern family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath complete with LED lighting! There is also a bluetooth speaker inside the mirror which you can connect to! The kitchen leads out to a small courtyard complete with bistro set. Upstairs you will find 1 king bedroom (which can be split into singles upon request), 1 double room and 1 single room. All of the bedrooms are complete with comfortable beds and elegant finishing touches. Fresh linen and clean towels will also be provided for you.

Neighbourhood information

This beautifully refurbished 3-bedroom property is located just a 15 minute walk/few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Chester. The property itself is located in the trendy superb of Hoole, with its own shops, bars and restaurants right on your door step. There is free, unrestricted on-street parking on the road outside the property. We have never had any problem finding a space. Alternatively, the train station is a few minutes taxi ride or a 10 minute walk to the house. The property is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history. With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
