The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and coal effect gas fire and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV, double and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and a private driveway for three cars. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.6 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Penylan is an idyllic base to explore the beautiful surroundings of Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please note that during the summer months, the gardener will either attend during the morning or evening once or twice a week to water the garden. East Devon's Seaton is a beach community on the south coast. It has red cliffs on one side and white cliffs on the other and faces Lyme Bay, which is to the west of the River Axe's mouth. Beer and Axmouth are close by. Access to the mile-long, largely shingle beach and a small harbour is provided by a sea wall. Seaton is a town in Devon that is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and has a decent selection of shops, welcoming cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
