The first floor has an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with two balconies. The heating is air source with underfloor heating, while the kitchen houses an electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment there is a TV with Freesat and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen is included in rent. To the outside is off-road parking and there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, astro turf and gravelled area. Sorry, pets and smoking are not permitted. 0.6 miles to a shop and pub, 0.8 miles to a beach.
