Benyon Street is in a quiet residential area, located within a 10-minute walk from our historic vibrant town with its Tudor buildings, quaint back streets, independent shops, and an abundance of restaurants, bars, & cafes to suit all tastes. Just a 5-minute walk from both train and bus station and benefits from free on-street parking. It is perfect for a family break, couples, or individuals visiting on business or pleasure. Please beware the stairs to both floors are steep and narrow. The main hub of the property is the large, airy, kitchen dining area which leads out onto the patio area, which is enclosed for your furry friends. We have a cosy, compact living area with gas fire and TV which includes Netflix. On the second floor is a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a single bedroom. Stairs then lead to the third story, which is a double bedroom again, with wardrobe space and views out over the rooftops. Please beware that the stairs to both the first floor and the top floor are reasonably steep and narrow. At the end of the patio do have dog kennels. If you would like to bring your dogs. We are only a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station and town centre where there are many bars, restaurants and cafes. We have plenty of free parking outside the house. There is plenty of on-street parking outside the house and a 1-minute walk is a local Morrisons, which is open until 10 pm. If you turn left out of the house you can walk to the River Severn and its weir. From here you can walk along the river and up into the town centre or on to The Quarry, where we have many festivals take place.
