Welcome to Pammy's Family Annexe on the North Coast 500. The property overlooks stunning Lochluichart itself surrounded by mountains and lochs! The property is small and cosy ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. You have exclusive and private use of the annexe with no other guests. My home is the main house. There is a private entrance, hallway (2m x 1m) and 2 rooms, there is no kitchen or lounge. The double en-suite (3m x 3.8m) has a standard double bed, table for tea/coffee, chair, luggage rack, tv & bathroom (1m x 3.5m). The 2nd room is the small twin bunk bed room (3.8m x 2.2m) with a bunk bed (W97.5, L198 max weight for top bunk is 100kg/16 stones) and a small table with 4 chairs. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY 1 BATHROOM FOR THE GROUP SITUATED IN THE DOUBLE ROOM. A light breakfast will be ready on arrival in the small room and in the fridge, consisting of cereals, fruit, yogurt, breakfast cake or muffins, fruit juice, fresh coffee and a selection of teas. We provide plenty of bottled water for your use. Parking is available in the lay-by on the opposite side of the road to the property. Use caution when crossing, there is a blind bend which can get busy during holidays
I'm a mountain fanatic! Love mountaineering, walking, mountain biking, cycle touring, skiing etc..anything in my amazing backyard! I'm a qualified mountain guide and can lead walks of all levels. I can also arrange sea kayaking, mountain biking, cycling tours/hire, BBQ on the beach, loch swims and general touring trips. Get in touch and we can arrange a bespoke tour. The highlands have been my home since 2005, living in the lake district and USA prior to my move here. I've lots of stories of my global adventure expeditions to include biking, skiing, mountaineering and of course the highlands of Scotland, that i have chosen for my life long home!.. just ask! Lochluichart is on the North Coast 500 tourist route (NC500) for cyclist and vehicle tours. An exceptionally beautiful wilderness area of mountains, lochs, sea and beaches. Lots of opportunities for adventures, beaches and wild-life watching: eagles, deer, otters, ospreys, peregrine falcons, pine martens etc. I can point you in the right direction or take you on a guided journey. Please note there are not many facilities in the immediate area. Our nearest shops are about 15 miles away and the pub/hotel about 11 miles away - so please come physically and mentally prepared for the experience. We do have a railway station, 5 mins walk away taking you anywhere between here and Inverness and the Isle of Skye -a magical train journey! If possible we will try to arrange a pick up. As we are on the North Coast 500, we are experiencing ever increasing amounts of tourist traffic on the roads. It is wonderful to see so many people from all over the world wanting to visit our amazing landscapes and people. However, this does mean that the road can get busy at certain times of the day and our 7:45am train giving us our wake up call! Enjoy your stay!
