Property information

Palace Wharf is an outstanding riverside gated development located in one of Fulham’s premier roads, immediately adjacent to the River Thames. The apartments have been interior designed to accommodate luxury living and boast generous size rooms, high ceilings, Smart Homes AV, Miele appliances and Crittall double glazed windows to keep the original build of the warehouse. Palace Wharf was built in 1907, replacing a malt house. An extension facing Rainville Road was added in 1933. For many years the wharf was the “Rathbone Works” of fibrous plaster firm, George Jackson & Sons, founded in Rathbone Place off Oxford Street in the early 19th century. Jacksons’ made the new plasterwork for Hammersmith’s rebuilt Lyric Theatre. Prior to the Second World War, Jackson's moved from their original home in the West End to Hammersmith, keeping the Rathbone name for their spacious new premises. Important Information before you book: -KEYS COLLECTION:If you’re arriving outside of office hours (Monday to Friday 9am -6pm), you'll need to collect the keys for the accommodation from an alternative location ( Either from a Lockbox in a nearby location or from our Main office in Mayfair) Please contact your host for further information.
