Orchard Cottage is a newly renovated 1 bedroom self contained dog friendly (charges apply) private annex. It has its own entrance, off street parking for 1 car, With underfloor heating, Set in the picturesque village of Newton-On-Trent, 10 miles from the historic city of Lincoln. Brand new bathroom with shower, open plan living lounge dining, with newly flitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay, free Wi-Fi, a 42" smart TV Netflix included. has a enclosed private garden with seating area which is dog secure. We have 24 hour CCTV . This property is only available for 2 people at ALL times ,it is a quiet little place only designed for 2, no visitors please
Newton-On-Trent is a stunning quiet friendly village with a post office with a small shop which sell all your essentials. We have plenty of nearby attractions and places of interest for you to visit.
