This is a brand new build specifically as an Air BB. The ground floor is a large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a WC in the hallway. Floor 1 consists of two double rooms both with ensuite bathrooms. A travel cot can be accommodated in one of the rooms. Floor 2 consists of a large King size room with an ensuite bath & shower bathroom, this room would accommodate a travel cot. There is a furnished patio area and small back garden. There is a charge point for an electirc car.
A friendly neighbourhood. Convenience store, hair dresser and post office located at the end of the road (two minute walk). Also in the same location is an Indian takeaway, a Chinese takeaway, a Pizza and Kebab takeaway. Within 5 minutes walk of the property is a pharmacy, the Green Tree Pub (with an award-winning beer garden) and a Fish and Chip shop. It takes round half hour to walk into town or you can jump on the no. 5 bus into town 20 mins into the centre of York
