Welcome to Moss Bank Farm. Our names are Amy + Shaun + we live at the farm with our cockerspaniel Ruby. We bought this old Dairy Farm in 2019 + it was in a bad way. So we knocked some things down + built some things up + we are very proud of what we have done so far. This was the newly renovated farmhouse. There are no cows anymore just a few hens, couple of geese + some very friendly pedigree sheep. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Beautiful rural location, stones throw from the Wrexham city centre. You will have the house, games room + garden area with hot tub to yourselves + we live at the back of the site. Within a mile radius we have a local Coop, chip shop, pharmacy, cash point + laundrette. We are also one mile away from Wrexham Golf Club, + a short drive from many village pubs + eateries. We like to let guests feel at home + give them a sense of privacy however we are on hand by call or text should they need anything from us at all Please note that the hot tub is wood burning + upon your arrival will be cold. We provide all the things you need to heat the hot tub: logs, kindling, fire lighters etc. (We provide enough wood for the length of your stay. Additional wood can be purchased from us. We also provide detailed instructions on how to heat the hot tub and will also talk you through it when you arrive. The hot tub takes around 2-2.5 hours to get to full temperature + will need to be fed regularly during this time to keep the fire burning. For a small fee we can (subject to availability) get the hot tub to temperature for your arrival time. (Please note that if you have a prior arranged early check in that this may not be possible) We have taxi numbers available but do recommend our guests take a stroll in the nearby area, perfect scenery. Please note that the 5th bedroom is a second lounge downstairs + is as standard set up as a lounge. If you wish to use this as a bedroom we will need prior notice and is subject to a small charge also

We are so lucky with our location because the house feels really remote, the area is quiet and peaceful but jump in a car and you’ll be in city within 4-5 minutes. Wrexham has lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, a cinema and bowling. For all the football, Deadpool and general Hollywood fans, Wrexham FC is 3 miles away. Our local club is owned by the wonderful Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcehhenney and they bring a lot of joy and quaintness to the town- how many other teams are owned by Hollywood A- Listers! 5 minutes from Wrexham Maelor Hospital. Within a mile radius we have a local Coop, chip shop, pharmacy, cash point and laundrette. We are also one mile away from Wrexham Golf Club, and a short drive from many village pubs and eateries. In the immediate area we are on a country lane with lots of footpaths and places to explore. Our favourite point of interest is walking across the sheep fields to Bluebell wood and visiting the resident swans on the pond. We are 10 miles from the Roman city of Chester, an hour away from Snowdonia National Park, and the same distance from some beautiful beaches and seaside towns. We have plenty of taxi numbers available should you wish to leave your car behind but do recommend our guests take a stroll in the nearby area, perfect scenery. Always consider booking taxis and venues ahead of times for group bookings.
