A meticulously designed modern and bright 3 bedroom family home. The property prides itself with a baby pink front door, opening into a generous hallway, a small w/c to it's left and leading into the kitchen and living area. The living area boats herringbone wooden flooring, chic interiors with velvet upholstery and marble tables. The recently fitted kitchen holds all amenities including a coffee machine for which the host will leave complimentary pods! Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a dedicated study room complete with a desk and monitor. A bright and modern recently refurbished bathroom with a walk in shower featuring a rainfall shower awaits. Guests can enjoy a cared for and relaxing garden with access to a 8ft trampoline. A home away from home. Please note a friendly cat resides at the property, he will need to be fed by the guests food will be provided. He is an outdoor cat so lets himself in and out through his catflap! Very gentle and sociable with children.
