  • Hi your property looks perfect for us as we are travelling from England for a family christening , would there be room for a baby and a 22 month old

    Hi there, Sorry for the delay in replying. The house comfortably accommodates 6. The main bedroom and ensuite is upstairs along with the upstairs lounge. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. Hopefully plenty of room.

  • We have a wee jack russell who is very old and sleeps most of the day. We would not want to leave her in kennels at her stage of life. Would you allow us to bring her to your property for a 2 night stay 29th & 30th December 2023?

    Ahh we wouldn’t want him to be left in a kennel over new year so yes bring him along.

  • Your property looks lovely, but I can’t ascertain the bathroom facilities. Please can you let me know the facilities in each of the bathrooms. Do they both have a sink, a shower and a toilet? If not please can you outline what they do have. Many thanks

    Hi there, There is a bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, sink, bath and separate shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with an en-suite which has toilet, sink and a shower. Happy to answer any further questions. Kind regards

Kick back and relax in this bright, stylish space.Enjoy a walk or swim on the beach or perhaps a round of Golf - all within a 7min walking distance. The Promenade with cafes and ice cream shops is only 1km from the house. Enjoy the views from the balcony or watch the sunset from the upstairs lounge. Cosy up in front of the wood burning stove or a evening in the BBQ hut with family. There is plenty of outdoor space with a fenced back garden and a garage to keep any recreational equipment safe.
Both myself and Karen who hosts the property have a number of years experience in hosting visitors to Portstewart. We are happy to answer question and ensure you settle in and have a lovely time on the North Coast.
Quiet residential area with sea views and a close walk to the beach (7min), golf course and the promenade. It is also within 5mins to supermarket and kids playground.
