This welcoming 3 bedroom Townhouse is easy to get to being near to the M6, M65 & M55 and also just a few minutes walk from Bamber Bridge train station and short drive from Preston City Centre. It's on a peaceful, friendly road with it's own driveway for private off road parking and plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Step into a welcoming hallway, with the wifi code at the ready. Kick off your shoes and relax in the cosy modern living room with a dining area and stream your favourite show on the 43" smart TV. The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, the kitchen leads onto a private and secure patio. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with walk-in power shower to freshen up. Three stylish bedrooms with comfy double beds, for a good nights rest. The village has plenty of take-aways, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets on your doorstep. Excellent location for professionals and trades and for adventures in North West of England such as Blackpool coast & Lake District
