Standing alongside the water, set on a quiet waterway leading to the River Bure, within the popular village of Horning. The village has 3 pubs, shops, caf&eacute; and ice cream parlour to enjoy. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy fishing from the garden. A motor launch can be privately hired (day rates apply) to truly enjoy and explore the waterways. The Broads are a haven for wildlife, and a must for any birdwatching enthusiast. Horning Leisure Centre, open for day guests, boasts an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. Wroxham, known as capital of the Norfolk Broads is just 11 minutes by car, or an hour by boat.
