Beautifully presented large detached dwelling set in a lovely village with excellent motorway links to Manchester and Leeds via M62. The property is split into a three-bedroom apartment with a ground floor kitchen, living & dining area, first floor, two bedrooms, and bathroom. Second floor Master Bedroom with new en suit and walk in wardrobe.
Quiet village feel with local shops, cafes, sandwich shops, and local pubs. Close to Manchester nightlife and Leeds city centre links. On the foot of the famous Pennines, Blackstone Edge, Holingworth Lake, winding historic canal system, and excellent moorland walks.
