Medlands is an eco-friendly, single-storey barn conversion with two bedrooms including a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of books, games and walking maps. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a multilevel garden with patio, lawn and furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture.
