The sunny terrace and gardens provide the ideal spot to soak up more of those countryside views, whether lingering a little longer over lazy holiday meals, cooking up a feast on the most impressive of barbecues, relaxing with a good book or lounging in the bubbly hot tub - well you are holiday so why not treat yourself! After all that relaxing, you'll be ready for a good night's sleep and three gorgeous bedrooms invite you to snuggle up under the covers. Two are on the ground floor - one with an en suite shower-room - along with the family bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom, which is huge and comes with a super comfy super-king double bed, en suite shower-room and separate sitting and dressing areas.

We live close by and can be available if you need anything but we are out of sight so you can have your privacy too. We moved to Cornwall 5 years ago with our two boys who are 11 years of age and what a move it was. We adore every minute of living here and still pinch ourselves when we look out the window at our views.

Set in the tiny hamlet of Treyone, Meadows has many attractions close by. Just a couple of miles away are the beaches of Portwrinkle, Downderry and Seaton. The South West Coast Path can be joined from these locations. The surfing beaches of Whitsand Bay (Tregonhawke, Freathy and Tregantle) are just a 20 minute drive away and you can have a surf lesson with Adventure Bay Surf School. The twin coastal villages of Cawsand and Kingsand with their narrow streets, pubs and shops are also 20 minutes away. We are 6 miles from the traditional seaside town of Looe where you can join a fishing trip, have fun at the seaside or simply indulge in some fish and chips.
