Meadow View is a stylish detached holiday home that can be found resting on the outskirts of Tyn-y-Gongl close to Benllech Village. Consisting of a doulbe bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double and a further double room. this property can sleep a total of six guests. The first floor is complete with a chic shower room, whilst a second shower room can be located on the ground floor. The ground floor is also home to a kitchen, utility room and a sitting/dining room featuring a woodburning stove. Discover an enclosed garden to the rear of the property housing a hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking to the front. As a general rule, hot tub guidance is that the maximum safe amount of time to soak in a hot tub will be 15 minutes in 104° F (40° C) water and up to 30 minutes if the water temperature is between 95-100° F. However, the ambient air temperature or alcohol consumption can shorten those times. Hot tub usage is also only recommended for children over the age of twelve years. Please note this property is located in a residential area and guest are reminded to be mindful of adhering to the noise act guidelines where guests are asked not to make noise between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
