Leominster is 15 miles, and Hay-on-Wye, also 15 miles, is convenient for the Hay Festival, whilst Ludlow, Bromyard and Hereford are about 20 miles. Other attractions well worth a visit include Hergest Croft Gardens, Westonbury Mill Water Gardens, Kinnersley Castle, Hereford Cathedral with its chained library and Mappa Mundi centre, and the Black and White Village Trail at Ledbury.
