The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a 2’6 twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there are extensive communal gardens with lawn, furniture, tennis, outdoor heated pool, sauna, barbecue, and a snooker room, as well as one allocated off-road parking space available, extra parking for one visitor car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted.
