Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. This spacious and tranquil five-bedroom, five-bathroom Georgian family home is located in the beautiful historic walls of Berwick-upon-Tweed and underwent a complete renovation in 2021. It is within walking distance of all local amenities and the town's historical features. Kitted to the highest standard whilst keeping its original features, Clovelly House is a perfect oasis for a family trip, reunion or a group of friends exploring the area. It features a freestanding bathtub in the main bedroom, a private terraced garden with a fire pit, and smart TVs in every room. It is family and dog friendly. Clovelly’s Highlights: - 5 Bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms - Smart TVs in every bedroom - Freestanding rolltop bath in the master bedroom - Private terraced garden with fire pit. - Private Parking Space - Family-friendly - Pet friendly The ground floor holds all the main communal areas. The kitchen and dining room overlook a private courtyard with its very own fire pit. The kitchen is kitted out to the highest standard with all the equipment you could need. It even has its own American fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser as well as a double oven and wine fridge. The dining room has a giant live edge oak table, which can comfortably seat 10 people. The living room has a feature fireplace for show only, and very comfortable sofas. We have 3 rooms with king sized beds, one twin room and one double room with a loft bed. The house has 5 bathrooms, 3 en-suites and 2 private for each specific bedroom. 4 bathrobes are provided for the 2 private bathrooms. Outside: The outdoor courtyard is safe and secure to ensure no dogs can escape and features a lovely seating area with a fire pit table. A private parking space belonging to Clovelly House at the rear of the property is accessible through a lock code padlock and chain. Additional free parking can be found at a nearby car park.

Neighbourhood information

The street itself is very quiet and peaceful. It's a two minute walk to the river. Its also a minutes walk to the Main Street and to Bridge street which have some fantastic restaurants, shops and cafes. We're a 10 minute walk to the beach via the historic walls that overlook the water. There are regular direct trains to Edinburgh from Berwick-upon-Tweed train station, a great day out with no hassle and a perfect opportunity to see this beautiful city, especially during Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
