Set in the picturesque and tranquil Cornish countryside it is perfectly situated to explore the wild and rugged north coast of Cornwall with its sandy beaches and hidden coves. it is also only a short drive from the Wild Moorland of Dartmoor. Penrose Cottage is connected to the main house but the two properties are in a remote quiet valley giving abundance of peace and quiet.
I am retired from industry but with an active agenda, running, cycling, cricket and hiking take up a large part of my time together with looking after the local cricket team fills my time. D
Penrose Cottage is ideally situated for exploring many of the wonderful beaches and coastline of both Cornwall and Devon. From panoramic sweeping bays to secluded sheltered coves, the South-West coast is home to some of the UK’s finest beaches. So whether it’s adventure or relaxation you are after, all are available, most within an hours drive of Penrose Cottage. If you have a specific requirement, please get in touch. We have extensive knowledge of the area and would love to make a few suggestions to compliment your stay at Penrose.
