This stunning, 1-bed, 1st-floor contemporary apartment of 40 m2 has a secluded sunny balcony at the rear. The apartment is in a detached building with quiet shop below, and right in the heart of one of Cornwall's most sought-after villages. It has one double bedroom and, in the living room, a large L-shaped sofa which kids can sleep on at a pinch. There is a lovely woodstove and electric heaters. Parking is just up the road in Trelawny Road. You can stop outside the flat to unload suitcases.

Lovely traditional Cornish village - one of the best. 10 minutes walk to Trevaunance cove beach. There is a paying public car park in Trelawny Road, about 300 m from the flat. There is also a car park down at Trevaunance cove but it is expensive so it is best to go on foot from the flat.
