Longstone’s self-contained accommodation lends it’s self perfectly to be adapted to either self-catering or serviced at a moments notice! Our flexible calendar system is synced to allow both self-catering bookings to accommodatting up to four adults as well as our traditional individual room bookings with breakfast options. Giving our guests the best of both worlds!

Located in the picturesque Exmoor National Park village of Challacombe. Centrally located within easy driving distance from both Exmoor and North Devons vast array of stunning beaches and exciting visitor attractions. Longstones Luxury self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to four adults, two sumptuous bedrooms – one king-size ensuite with a roll-top bath, one double ensuite with a modern wet room. Open plan country boutique characterful lounge boasting cosy log burning fire. Breakfast room with kitchenette and patio doors opening up onto the south facing terrace with outdoor seating, gas BBQ, and log fire chimenea. Kitchenette facilities include – Kettle, Toaster, Grill Gridle, Ninja Air-fryer, Fridge with freezer compartment, sink and drainer, cutlery, crockery, BBQ tools for use with the Gas BBQ on the terrace. A short five minute country walk to the fabulous The Black Venus Inn, serving delicious locally sourced dishes and beverages. Booking a table is highly recommended as they are extremely popular. Please note that complementary firewood for the log-burning fire is only available from September to April, during the cooler months.

Challacombe – the small picturesque village is set within the county of Devon, on the North Devon and Somerset border, the B3358 road runs through the village and is approximately two miles from the A39 making it ideally suited as a central base for exploring both North Devon and Exmoor National Park.
