This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely studio apartment very close to Sanderstead train station.London Victoria and London Bridge reachable just under 25 min.Good selection of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Studio is in a modern house, well maintained and clean. It has a separate private access. Good size room containing double bed, new mattress, side table, tv and other furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery , saucepans, pots, coffee machine, (tea, coffee is provided) etc . There is a washing machine and fridge, as well as cooking facilities. Please note I have only one parking space in front of the house and can’t guarantee it will be free as I have other guests at the premises.
