Welcome to "Green Tiles." NEW/NEWLY REFURBISHED A beautifully presented 5 bedroom house, located on a quiet street, a short 5 minute drive/15 minute walk from the town centre. Driveway capable of accommodating two cars/on street parking in front. This spacious 5 bedroom/2 shower room house is ideal for family get togethers or those staying in town to play the Old Course. Modern kitchen. Living room with 3 sofas and dining area with seating for 8. Large garden. Free wifi. and a ping pong table in the garage VALUABLES Please may we take this time to remind you to pack up any valuables to ensure these are not left behind in the property. If you realise you have left anything behind, please make us aware at your earliest convenience. Any items required to be posted to guests will occur a charge plus a postage and packaging fee. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 4 x kings and 2 x singles but the options available are 3 x kings and 4 x singles or 2 x kings and 6 x singles or 1 x king and 8 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option.

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use.
