Welcome to Laurel Farm, a charming and spacious farmhouse just 10 minutes from the traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare, surrounded by beautiful countryside and many of Somerset&rsquo;s local attractions. On the ground floor, you have a large, traditional farmhouse kitchen/ breakfast room and a separate utility room. The dining room/ snug has wonderful garden views, a dining table, a sofa, and a Smart TV, the perfect spot for eating, gaming, and family fun! The spacious living room has ample seating, an electric fire, and a Smart TV with DVD player and access to Netflix, as well as enjoying beautiful views of the garden. Heading upstairs, the large master bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space, a second double bedroom and two spacious singles are also on this floor, as well as the family bathroom. Outside, you have a large fenced garden area, laid to lawn with well-placed trees to provide shade on those hot summer days, it&rsquo;s the perfect place to sit and relax or play games with the family. Please note, that this is a working farm and guests are kindly asked to remain in the garden only and not enter any of the farm areas.
