Newly refurbished, they are perfect for Business and Leisure Access to the entire apartment. Very cost effective for a group of contractors, business travellers, holiday makers or if you are just visiting friends and family. On the doorstep of great transport links. The dining table is large and sociable; a perfect space for you to relax and chat with your fellow guests. - Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm! - Bedrooms - All our bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with ample storage for your belongings. All apartments are newly refurbished and kept to a very high standard, providing you with a safe and clean space for living. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and our guests, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or a small non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest the damage waiver as this protects you in case of accidental damage.

We are a 1 minute drive to the A580, 2 minutes to the M6 and is perfect for access to Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan and Warrington. There are 2 public bus routes (10 and 360) that stop just outside the front door and that go direct to Wigan, Leigh, Warrington, Newton-Le-Willows and more. Haycock Race Course is just a 15 minute walk away.
