Located along the main promenade, with all the amenities right on your doorstep, this impressive apartment located in a historic Grade 2 listed building occupies an ideal position within the traditional seaside town of Southport. The apartment offers free parking in a dedicated space in the onsite car park This one bedroom 2nd floor apartment sleeps 5 people and is centrally located on the promenade, next to the marine lake and just behind the iconic lord street. The bedroom has a king size bed with an Emma premium mattress with luxurious cotton bed linen. The property also has a double sofa bed (140cm x 195cm in the lounge, and a single sofa bed. A well equipped kitchen, provides a space for dining and relaxing. The lounge features a 55" smart TV whilst the bedroom has a 43" smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bath & power shower overhead. With toiletries provided. The property encompasses traditional Victorian features including beautiful ceiling coving decorations & sash windows complete with wooden window shutters.
Ideally located in Southport town centre, moments from the historic lord street and the marine lake. The property is ideally located for shopping, restaurants, golf and other attractions. The property is less than half a mile walk from Southport railway station.
