'Knick Knack Apt' is a modern family friendly 2 bed apartment recently renovated 2022, in the beautiful fishing village of Brixham, South Devon. This spacious apartment is fully equipped for a perfect family break. It sleeps 4, one double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds , private parking & dogs permitted. Just a 5-10 minute stroll from the harbour and beach with a great variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Its the perfect base to explore the Brixham and the English Riviera. This is a private entrance ground floor apartment, light and spacious with all amenities for a perfect break away. There is two generous bedrooms, one double and the other with twin beds. They both have bedside tables and open hanging storage for clothes. A fully equipped kitchen with dining room table seating for 4 guests, dishwasher, and usual kitchen amenities along with a Dulco Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom has a three piece suite, however it only has a shower, no bath. The lounge has an l-shaped sofa, with fireplace, a wall mounted smart TV, and a Coffee table. Should you require additional storage for bags, beach equipment there is a large cupboard under the stairs.

Whether you are visiting for a night on business, staying a long weekend or making a holiday out of it, we would love to welcome you. We would love for you to stay at our lovely apartment, close to the sea in Brixham, South Devon. We visited as a family of 7 back in 2020 and fell in love with the area. We hope you love it as much as we did.
Knick Knack Apartment is just a 5-10 minutes stroll from the beautiful fishing harbour of Brixham. The apartment is set in a quiet residential location. The apartment has allocated parking to the rear of the apartment. There is two outdoor areas which are shared with the first floor apartment also owned by us. Brixham has many good restaurants as well as a good cafe culture. You will find many places to sit and enjoy the harbour views and relax in it's slower pace of life. Its the perfect place to explore the English Riviera with the South West costal path close to the apartment with many other fine local walking areas. Paignton is within easy reach and is a popular spot with families. The apartment is also perfectly positioned to take the steam train to Kingswear, ferry to Dartmouth or to visit Dartmoor and the many national trust properties Devon has to offer.
