Kingbarth is a wonderfully private, detached cottage over two levels, in an area of great beauty just a ten minute walk from Lerryn. Sleeping six in three bedrooms - two kingsize and a twin with a shower-room and a bathroom. Spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and door to the garden, children’s snug, large kitchen and a dining room. A big enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Nearby Lostwithiel has shops, pub, restaurants and Restormel castle. Or there is a ferry to the picturesque fishing village of Fowey. Note: Induction In follow up to some recent building works over the winter, we have posted a few “keep out” signs in some of the areas outside of the property, which are fenced off, just as a courtesy to guests, to not go outside of the fenced garden. Please be assured there is no building work going on.

For those seeking peace, tranquillity and the unspoilt splendour of Cornwall's ‘softer' southern coast there can be few finer spots than Lerryn. Sitting at the very point where the River Lerryn joins the highest tidal reach of a creek leading up from the Fowey estuary, the village has a timeless, natural beauty no matter the season.
