Apartment 1 - Khyber Lodge Apartments offer pet-friendly accommodation in the Westcliff area of Whitby. Whitby beach, pier and lighthouse are 100 meters away and Whitby Abbey is approximately 600 meters away on the other side of the river. Free WiFi is available in most apartments. All apartments feature a flat-screen TV as well as a seating area and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen in all apartments and the bathroom in each apartment either has a bathtub or a shower room. All bathrooms have a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including golfing and fishing.

If you’re looking for a coastal getaway, Apartment 1 at Khyber could be your perfect match. This two-bedroom, split level holiday apartment is located in the seaside town of Whitby and provides an ideal base for exploring the coast. Khyber is home to four separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 10. If you are looking for a stay for a large group, there are often opportunities to rent all four apartments together.

Property information

Apartment 1 at Khyber is a spacious split floor apartment with two bedrooms. The open plan living and dining area has crisp white walls and wooden flooring. Relax on one of the comfy leather sofas and turn on the flat screen TV to enjoy a quiet night in. Enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area which is a breakfast bar table and four stools. The kitchen has quirky flooring and white brick style tiles. Fully equipped for all self-catering stays, there is an oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. Head up the stairs to the main bedroom and you’ll find a comfy king size bed, stylish walls and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom is down the steps and is perfect for younger ones and teenagers as it is a twin. The family bathroom has monochrome tiles, a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Neighbourhood information

Set on the West side of Whitby, Khyber is just a short 10-minute walk into the centre of town. Head to Pier Road and you’ll find cosy pubs, fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants. Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. At the other end of Pier Road, you’ll notice the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk.
