Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

An entrance door leads into a sitting area and a separate 'snug'. The snug is the perfect hideaway for some reading or work space, there is a sofa bed available on request. The sitting area has a gas wood burner and a large flat screen TV, great for a family film night. There is a second living room with comfortable seating and a dining area with seating for eight guests. The galley style kitchen has integrated appliances including a fridge/ freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Just of the hallway there is a large fully tiled downstairs bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, w.c and sink. French doors lead to a large enclosed garden with outside seating and wonderful views. From the sitting area a door leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, all with hypo allergenic bedding and hangng & storage space. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed and views over the garden & countryside Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with views over the garden & countryside Bedroom 3: Double bedroom Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom The upstairs bathroom has a bath, sink and WC, there is a separate shower room with a small walk-in shower. SOFA BED: There is a sofa bed available in the snug room to sleep 9 or 10 guests. please note this room does not have a private door. This is available on request, for an extra fee. Parking: Although Jubilee Cottage doesn't have dedicated parking, there is unrestricted roadside parking in front of the cottage and more for extra cars nearby.

Jubilee Cottage is a superb thatched character cottage in the centre of Sidbury a very pretty Devon village, overlooking open countryside at the rear and just a short walk to the village stores and pubs. The spacious accommodation has tasteful furnishings throughout. Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10-minute drive to the beach and many shops in Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being the East Devon Way and the "Sweetcombe Walk".
