A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much-loved property in the village of Great Warley close to the town of Brentwood. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socializing plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family holiday. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. . As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is ONE space for on-site parking bay is marked coach house. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Sorry no BBQs for safety reasons - Pets are NOT allowed at the property. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS TO THE PROPERTY. - There is no hot tub. - The pool is open may-sep and is communal and shared with 3 other families (unheated) Please turn the lights off overnight and when you are not in. We really appreciate your help keeping our costs down and saving the planet :-) Our property is truly unique and already priced competitively so we do not offer discounts.
