Elegant, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom house. 15 minute walk from the Etihad, 8 minutes from the Velodrome and 5 minutes from the metro. With on street parking, double and a twin room. It's around 10 minutes taxi ride from the city centre. The house has recently been renovated and has an open plan dining and lounge area with new kitchen with underfloor heating. Perfect for a city break, sporting or music event.
I'm a keen runner and cyclist and love renovating properties and making them look their best.
The house is a 15 minute walk from the Etihad and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop where its a short hop into the city centre.
