Welcome to Hob lane farm, a top rated cottage in the Peak Park, Sheffield. Our cottage is a newly renovated 2 bed cottage in a 400 year old barn. The views are stunning and we're in a perfect location for walking, hiking and relaxing. We're rural but in striking distance of civilisation. Whilst being in an old barn, the cottage has all the mod cons you'd need for a relaxing home from home break. With underfloor heating, a cosy fire setting and fully functioning kitchen it offers something different to other cottages. It's homely, beautifully decorated and cosy. A real home from home. We have friendly hens! Our hens are free range and sometimes leave you eggs as gifts. Enjoy! Join us during the festive season, during which time the cottage with be decorated with a real tree and festive lights. Enjoy your own space with private access, parking and a woodland with fire pit.

We welcome up to four guests and two well behaved dogs to stay in our beautiful self-contained, 2 bed cottage set within the Peak Park. Although recently renovated the cottage is within a beautiful 400 year old barn. It has underfloor heating, all the mod cons and a lovely fire to make it extra cosy. • Maximum of 4 people. • Two bedrooms. king size bed and two single beds that can be separated our kept together. • Private entrance with carparking, woodland with picnic table seating for four people. Maximum of two dogs per visit at a small charge of 10 pounds per night, per dog. We do have house rules for dogs and ask guests to respect these. Please book your dogs in with us in advance and pay before arrival.
Hob Lane Farm is a beautiful place to live with spectacular views over Bradfield dale, Ewden and Sheffield in the distance. Our guests tell us that one of the best things about staying here is the quiet, the views and the lovely walks. Although rural, we're actually only 5 minutes from the local town and 20 minutes from Sheffield city. We're 10 minutes from junction 36 on the M1.
Hob lane farm sits approximately 1.5 miles above High Bradfield village. We sit within the Peak Park and have the most stunning views. There are many beautiful walks, country pubs and attractions. Guests tend to enjoy the peace and privacy our location offers, whilst being close enough to civilisation and a good pub. Check out our fb page for more local information.
