3 bed semi-detached property which has been extensively refurbished. Comprising ground floor shower room, with separate wc. Upstairs bathroom combined bath & toilet. Full gas central heating with new combi-boiler.
I run my own business as a Mortgage/Equity Release Adviser. In my spare time I'm a volunteer Swimming Teacher Coach for Swansea Stingrays - a local swimming club based in nearby Swansea for special needs kids. Enjoy F1, international rugby. Enjoy hosting as I like meeting new people!
Quiet neighbourhood. The centre of the town is an under ten mns walk, where there are a number of pubs, but also indian restaurants. Just a 5 min car journey is a popular and picturesque Swiss Valley with a reservoir - ideal for a lovely walk.
