Highfield House is an newly refurbished property suitable for couples (with 1-2 infants) or close family or friends looking for style, comfort and fun at any time of the year. The ground floor apartment is elegantly appointed throughout. The living space has a compact 4 seater dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a 43” Smart TV providing Freeview and access to Netflix (optional use of a DVD player). French doors lead out onto a decked patio providing BBQ and dining for 4. In the well-equipped contemporary kitchen, a convection hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, sink and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. A small utility room houses a washing machine and WC. The large bedroom is a zip and link king sized bed (two singles on request), 43” Smart TV providing Freeview and access to Netflix and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. No pets are allowed. There is on street parking outside the property on the opposite side of the road. It is a residential area so this is on a first come first serve basis. 1 travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and towels and linen are included.
