Esk Valley House is a detached Georgian property perfectly situated just 4 miles from Whitby in the quaint village of Sleights featuring a terrace with lovely views over the area. This spacious house sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms and is perfect for group get togethers or family gatherings. The property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room and the extra comfort of a log burner for those colder days. Esk Valley House is the perfect home from home by the coast. You enter the property into a grand hallway which leads perfectly through double doors into the generously sized lounge area with recliners, smart TV and log burner for those colder days. Heading back into the hallway you are then greeted by a large dining room perfect for entertaining or eating as a group or with family. The kitchen has everything you need with range gas cooker, dishwasher, and all the comforts of a home from home. At the back of the property you will find a WC and shower complete with basin. Heading upstairs you will find a lovely seating area on the landing, the perfect place to enjoy a good book or to relax in. Off this landing are 2 bedrooms, a snug and master bathroom including a large bath to enjoy. The bedrooms on this floor consist of a large king size room and a twin room. The outside completes the property with a rear enclosed patio area and views over the valley at the front. Parking for one vehicle is available with plenty of on street parking for any additional vehicles.
