An Old Fishermans cottage dating back to 1840 that has been thoroughly modernised, with amazing views of Dartmouth Naval College, the Marina and river Dart. Includes an Aga for cooking, gas central heating and an elevated outdoor seated terrace to enjoy the stunning views. Perfectly situated for access to the South West Coast Path, Dartmouth Steam Train, The Steampacket Pub, The Ship Inn, Watershed Creek and both Passenger and Car ferries across to Dartmouth.
Hi, I love travelling to places I haven’t been before, I am a farmer based near Leamington Spa in the Midlands with Sheep, Cattle and Honey Bees. I love the great outdoors and spending time in beautiful Dartmouth and surrounding area.
Short ferry ride from Dartmouth, with two great Pubs, a cafe serving breakfasts, a wine bar and the Royal Dartmouth Yacht Club.
