Property info

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Perfect for Mountain bike trails. Cycle tracks, Hiking, Dog walking, Visiting the beach, or just snuggling in front of the log burner to watch TV. play games, read a book or listen to relaxing music. Lovely pub and restaurant just 1 min walk from the back of the house. Secure storage for those precious bikes with CCTV installed so rest easy. Good cooking facilities for a home-cooked meal. Local shops takeaways etc. not too far away

Neighborhood info

The house used to be a Miner's terraced cottage, Mining was the main source of income. The mountains were once black with coal dust. but now they are covered in lush greenery and trees. there are many trails open to the public to explore the beauty and peacefulness of the mountains and forestry, Not too far away is the town of Maesteg with its many supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.
