The beautifully stylish apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the cliffs pavilion and palace theatre. Westcliff train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with C2C line taking you directly into London Fenchurch Street. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a smart TV. The living area, the sofa can be turned into a double bed. Large smart to mantled to the wall. In the kitchen, you will find an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, also a fridge and freezer. Bathroom is a lovely new stylish modern bathroom with a walk in shower. We do not have private parking but surrounding roads you can park for free, along with pubic car parks.
This apartment is centrally-located on hamlet court road, which sits close to Southend-on-sea seafront, and Southend high street, There is multiple small independent restaurants, cafes and bars along hamlet court road to enjoy. A short 5 minute walk down to Southend cliffs pavilion and also the palace theatre. Westcliff train station which is a C2C line which has direct trains taking you into London Fenchurch Street. Also along hamlet court road you will find, sainburys, Tesco and also a co-op.
