Airport 1 mile & within walking distance to Royal Troon Golf Course, ideal for the Open Championship in July 2024. Features bright, open-plan living, modern furnishings, stunning golf course views, proximity to many bars & restaurants for the perfect blend of tranquility & fun.

Perfectly positioned just 100 yards from the serene beachfront and the convenience of the local train station (Glasgow 45 mins, Troon 7 mins), this peaceful gem offers the ultimate blend of tranquility and accessibility. A leisurely five-minute stroll takes you to the charming town centre, teeming with quaint shops, delightful cafes, vibrant bars & restaurants. For the avid traveler, the apartment is a mere mile from Glasgow Prestwick airport ensuring your arrival is as effortless as your stay. Golf enthusiasts will revel in the proximity to multiple golf courses including the historical and prestigious Old Prestwick Golf Course where the very first Open Championship was played, and the iconic Royal Troon Golf Course, making it an ideal location for attending the Open Championship in July 2024.
