Relax in this spacious newly refurbished home, set over 3 floors there is plenty of room for families, couples or even work colleagues Nottingham and Derby city are close but if you prefer the countryside and wonderful walks we are close to the peak district, with matlock only 12 miles away and the stunning Chatsworth house only 20 miles away. The property has 3 floors and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 on the top floor, two king size beds and 1 bunk room. And a fourth bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. Ideally suited to 6 adults and 2 children as one bedroom has single bunk beds The family bathroom is on the top floor, this has a toilet, bath and shower cubicle. One of the main bedrooms has an en suite The second floor has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, that pulls out to seat 6, additional chairs are located on the ground floor. Pots, pans and cutlery are provided. There is also a dishwasher. Living room has two large sofas, a chair and a 50" smart TV. Ground floor W/C, utility room that leads onto a secure garden, with a dog wash tap. Also a double bedroom.
