At twice the width of a narrowboat, you will enjoy a cosy, yet spacious feel. Even if you are tall, you will have the headroom to move freely once on board - please just mind your head on the way in and out. You get to learn the realities of managing precious finite resources. It does require some effort and we are available to assist you as required throughout your stay. PLUS, you will learn how to improve your resource consumption, costs and environmental impact at home! On the stern (rear) deck, there is an outside seating area and your main entrance into the boat through the kitchen. There are two deep steps, so you must be relatively nimble. The kitchen contains a full-sized fridge, oven and workspace, plus all the listed amenities and essentials you may need. The work surfaces are finished in distinctive copper, with purpose designed oak-faced cupboards that keep everything ship shape. The bathroom has a spacious shower with eco-friendly soap & shampoo, a 'Thetford Excellence' loo and a heated towel rail. Don’t worry, full instructions are given at checkin.
