Cyclists and walkers alike can enjoy the 27 miles of the Viking Coastal Trail which stretches the length of the coastline around Thanet. Flat One Sleeps 6, with 1 x double bedroom, 1x single bedroom with bunk beds, spacious lounge with double sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, shower room, dining area, family area, and outside space to the front and rear. It is normally possible to park free of charge outside the property on the Minnis Road. This basement flat has been fully refurbished to a high standard and its location close to Minnis Bay means that guests can enjoy a glass of wine in one of the properties outside seating areas after a day on the beach.

Hi My names Harvey and I'd like to welcome you to my modern comfortable apartment by the sea. I spent a lot of time renovating this lovely flat and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. The flat is ideally situated for a family holiday by the sea. I particularly enjoy cycling along the coastal way to Reculver as well as getting out on the sea with my jet ski. There is a safe bathing area on the beach for young children. Sunsets in the bay are renowned for their beauty and for the classi car enthusiast there are monthly meeting of the 'Classic and chips' club which are always great fun. There's definitely something for everyone in Minnis Bay and Birchington. Much as I would like to spend more time at the flat myself I do have other properties and so when the property is rented it your have it to yourself and you will have the numbers of my close friend Lynne should you need any assistance during your stay.

A child’s playground, small parade of shops,cafes and micro pub all opposite the flat means that there's something for everyone and The Minnis Bar and Restaurant just a short stroll away directly on the coast enables guests to enjoy both good food and breathtaking sunsets. Cosmopolitan Margate with The Turner Contemporary gallery, vintage shops and historic Dreamland funfair park are a 15 minute drive away. Quex Park with its many attractions for all ages, as well as Manston Air Museum and Hornby Hobby Centre are all nearby along with restaurants and cafes In Birchington, Westgate and St Mildreds Bay.
