The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Ctr, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A lovely apartment with loads of space & light, the aspect is West, catching the evening sun. Ground floor & has a dedicated parking space. High speed unlimited Internet access. The main room has a king sized bed with sumptuous mattress, 2 very comfy lounge chairs, 42" satellite TV and a dining table for 2 people. Off this is a separate bathroom with walk in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk. The closest bus stop in 2 minutes down the drive and is called Livery Dole (its the next stop after Waitrose). For buses from Exeter St Davids train station and the City Centre you want either 58A, 4, 4A, R, S, or green P&R. Exeter also has a good taxi service, with many companies on google. Exeter has electric bike points across the city which is the nicest way to get around as traffic can be bad. The nearest bike point to the apartment is a 5 minute walk.
