PEACE OF MIND : Excelsior Apartments are now part of 'Risk-Free Reservations Programme' and have one of the highest scores for cleanliness/sanitation of ANY accommodation on 'Bkng dot com'. Whether looking for a luxurious break away from it all with your partner, friends & family, celebrating a special occasion, or require the privacy, safety, security, flexibility, freedom and home comforts not afforded with a hotel stay ?? - then 'Excelsior Apartments' have it all plus much, much more !! With 24 x7 ventilation, spectacular views & additional unique option of AirCon facilities (at no extra charge) , they comfortably sleeps 2 to 6 guests. 2 Bathrooms (one en-suite), 2 Bedrooms with flexible sleeping/bed configurations, Quality Egyptian cotton bedding, Open plan Lounge, 6 seat Dining area, Kitchen facilities inc. Washer & Clothes maiden/drying rack, Free WiFi access. Free 'specific' parking pass for 1 vehicle only (on application & subject to availability), In the event of a specific apartment permit not being available during your stay, there is a very handy and secured Multi-storey next door (ie. Within Princes Dock & Only 50 metres from Apt block) in addition to other local and convenient NCP city centre car parks. All of which are also useful IF parking needed 'prior' to scheduled check-in or 'post' check-out times. Also, great restaurant, breakfast venues, cafes, bar facilities etc in close proximity and a Sainsburys shop on same road as Apartments (less than 100 metres away) . * Both apartments are exactly the same (inc size, specification, layout, facilities, amenities, view, corner perspective over River AND famous Liver Building (ie. Literally 'above /below' one another) - though one of them will be unavailable from the first week in Jan 2024 (until further notice) due to remedial/renovation works.
It is a genuine pleasure to welcome 'new' or 'revisiting' guests to Excelsior Apartments. I am delighted to share any knowledge of the local attractions and places of interest and am always contactable should anyone require any additional information or assistance during their stay. I have always ensured the application of thorough cleaning sanitation processes since inception (as reflected in 'scoring' info) - but can provide further re-assurance and peace of mind during following 'worrying times' around the whole in recent years, that even stricter measures are' now rigorously applied taken before and after every visit.
The Pier Head and Liver Buildings are outside the door. It is walking distance to :- the highly acclaimed Liverpool One shopping complex boasting over 170 shops,Odeon cinema,restaurants etc ; the historic Albert Dock ; as well as the International Convention Centre and various museums, art galleries, bars, clubs and City Centre attractions. Getting around (approximations): Sainsbury grocery store (Only 2 minute walk) Liverpool Lime Street : 1 mile walk - 8 minutes by taxi Mathew St or Liverpool One shopping : 0.6 mile walk avg 12 minutes - 6 minutes by taxi 0.5 miles from underground Moorfields or James St stations. Manchester Airport : 36 miles / 53 minutes by car Liverpool Airport : 8 miles / 37 minutes by car
