Welcome to 8 PEMBERTON a beautiful and bright town house situated in the heart of Downpatrick, a historic town rich in heritage. 8 Pemberton is mindfully furnished and decorated to create a comfortable relaxing and homely feel. There are 3 inviting bedrooms with plenty of storage, a modern bathroom complete with corner bath and separate shower. A cozy living room with recliners smart tv and Netflix leads onto a large equipped kitchen, seated dining and entertaining area with views over the outdoor patio and Dunleath playing fields. You can avail of high speed Wi-Fi and free parking at the front of the property. You will love the location, as it is within walking distance of everything Downpatrick has to offer including, The Saint Patrick Centre, Down County Museum, Cathedral, Cinema, Leisure centre with swimming, Playparks, Restaurants, Downpatrick Racecourse and the Bus Station for further a field travels, Belfast City Centre is only 25miles away. Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous exploration, 8 Pemberton offers a fantastic base location to experience and explore the very best of Co Down.
