Ideally situated for exploring the Western Lakes. A short 10-minute drive to Ennerdale Water, 35 minutes to Loweswater with Crummock and Buttermere beyond. This property is only 200 yards from the C2C cycle track for walkers and has secure storage for cyclists. Longlands Lake is also nearby. The property is well equipped to accommodate contractors as all essentials are provided with plenty of free parking available. A Premier Store and a local fish & chip shop are right around the corner. The security deposit will be processed securely online following a booking.
