Elphinstone is a luxurious holiday cottage situated on the banks of the River Yealm in the village of Newton Ferrers, South Devon. It can sleep eight people within four bedrooms, all of which boast en suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The rest of the accommodation comprises of an open-plan sitting room with snug area, a kitchen/diner, utility room and cloakroom with WC. The sitting room and dining room both benefit from tri-fold doors which open out onto a patio garden with BBQ area. Outside there is also parking within the property's garage as well as unlimited on-road parking. This elegant property is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting an elegant base from which to experience all the beauty of South Devon. A serene, picturesque village in the South Hams area of Devon, on a bend of the River Yealm leading up from the South Devon Coast (1 mile).
